Every factual page begins with a question and a source plan. Primary maker pages, museums, public institutions, government cultural sources and competition organisers are preferred for dates, histories and current event details. Secondary material can suggest a lead, but it is not silently promoted to fact.

The encyclopedia stores relationships with a source, an access date and a confidence label. A model detail, valuation or biography is left out when it cannot be confirmed. Event pages are dated and link to organisers. Care pages explain sensible boundaries and tell readers when to involve a qualified technician.

Readers can help the reference improve by sending an authoritative correction or catalogue link. The publication records meaningful changes instead of hiding them.
